Coaching Terms and Conditions

Session Validity
All purchased coaching sessions are valid for one (1) year from the invoice date or the date of payment, whichever applies. Any sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer, except under special circumstances at the discretion of the coach.

Cancellations by the Client
Clients should provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur 50% of the session fee, unless due to illness or exceptional circumstances. Same-day cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at the Coach’s discretion in cases of illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather or facility closure will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Absences by the Client
Clients who do not attend a session without prior notice may forfeit the session fee. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed sessions when notified promptly. Repeated un-notified absences may result in a discussion to adjust the session schedule.

Late Arrivals by the Client
Late arrivals will reduce the session time accordingly, unless both parties agree otherwise. Full session fees apply, as preparation and scheduling are based on the agreed session time. Habitual late arrivals may lead to a review of the coaching arrangement to ensure fairness to both parties.

Cancellations or Absences by the Coach
The Coach will provide as much notice as possible if a session must be cancelled. Any session cancelled by the Coach will be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded in full.

Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance or as per the agreed schedule in the contract. In cases where sessions are cancelled by either party under the terms above, payments will be adjusted fairly to reflect rescheduled or missed sessions. The Coach reserves the right to pause future sessions if payments are overdue, after providing notice to the client.

Refunds
Clients are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of the date of receipt or invoice date, whichever applies. Refunds are only available for services that have been paid for but not used. Refunds may also be considered under special circumstances, such as illness, injury, or unforeseen personal commitments that prevent attendance. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where applicable, the unused portion of fees will be reimbursed in a fair and reasonable manner.

Conduct and Respect
All participants, including players, parents/guardians, and club officials, are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other players with respect and courtesy at all times. The Coach will provide a professional, safe, and supportive environment, promoting positive development and wellbeing of all participants. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in the session being paused, and repeated issues may lead to suspension or termination of the coaching arrangement. Both parties commit to clear and respectful communication in all interactions related to the coaching services.

Exceptional Circumstances
Both parties acknowledge that unforeseen events (e.g., illness, extreme weather, facility closures) may require flexibility. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled where possible or fees adjusted reasonably.
